AGCO dealers are competing in a market where the “first real conversation” wins. The website is no longer a brochure—it is the front door for inventory questions, trade-ins, financing starts, parts orders, and service scheduling.

These dealers’ issues were not a lack of interest. The friction was in the customer journey: shoppers were dropping off as they tried to move from research to action—especially on high-intent pathways where a customer wants to call, submit a form, or request follow-up. They did not have current equipment models or current incentives. One dealer had incentives listed on its website prior to COVID.
