Meta A/B Testing Financing vs Low Monthly Payment

Opportunity
When we began doing digital marketing for Sapelo Equipment, there were questions around the efficacy of marketing monthly pricing vs financing and how each would resonate with potential customers. With a small budget, it was important that we find answers quickly.

Strategy
We began running A/B tests within Meta that compared the two offers (monthly pricing vs financing) and discovered after a couple of weeks that their customers had a very obvious preference.
03.
Results
The rate for financing language won out at (1.22%) compared to monthly pricing (.86%). We moved all of the budget over to the financing campaigns to improve performance across the board and to spend their marketing budget more efficiently, resulting in above average CTRs.
